SDAFF AWARDS TOP HONORS TO BLT AND BLT: GENESIS

The San Diego Asian Film Festival grand jury panel awarded its first VISIONARY AWARD to Justin Lin, the director of Better Luck Tomorrow, at the Gala Awards in San Diego on Saturday, October 5th.

Also, congratulations to Evan Leong (pictured above, far right), director of BLT: Genesis, the behind the scenes documentary of BLT, for winning SDAFF's BEST SHORT DOCUMENTARY honors.

BLT's cast and crew had a lot of fun opening night when BLT opened the 3rd annual San Diego Asian Film Festival, hanging out with the fans and other filmmakers at the reception and afterparty, and gave away newly designed tshirts to trivia question winners.
